Wedding Style The wedding photo gallery is the best representation of my style. I like to capture your story in an unobtrusive photojournalistic way, so that photos are candid, not orchestrated. Wedding Packages This is for weddings up to 150 guests. Package A - $1,500 for up to four (4) hours of story capturing (includes $500 in print/book credit) Package B - $1,700 for up to six (6) hours of story capturing (includes $600 in print /book credit) Package C - $1,900 for up to eight (8) hours of story capturing (includes $750 in print /book credit) Additional hours are $100 per hour. An additional photographer is $150 per hour. *Weddings over 150 people are billed at 10% more per 50 guests. Price includes Travel anywhere in the Austin area, up to 2 locations in one day (up to 40 miles round-trip driving). Practically no limit on the number of pictures taken. Depending on the flow of the event, it’s usually 50-100 per hour. Basic post-processing of the digital images (color balancing and online uploading). The best images are uploaded to a personal online folder for your friends and family to see and order prints. (saves you from having to pick for them). You get a CD with all the WEB sized (480 pixel height) proof images for picking your prints. All images are added to your CD in B&W at no extra charge. Print credit is good towards wedding books and prints. Credit prints are: 4x6”s are $3, 5x7”s are $7, 8x12”s are $15 (normally $22), and 11x14”s are $30 (normally $40) All the high-resolution JPEG images on DVD (about 3 months after the wedding). This is similar to getting the digital negatives at no extra charge. Reserving a Date Please email or call me to set up a personal meeting. To reserve a date, there is a $500 reservation (retainer) fee at the time of contract signing. That fee is naturally applied to the final fee, which is due two weeks before the wedding. Travel I also travel to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Italy, India, and beyond with travel expenses paid for in advance. Contact Romain for more info. Wedding Photo Books Wedding books are also available for $250 for a leather or suede cover. These 11" x 8" custom printed and bound coffee-table books come with twenty numbered pages (10 pages with blank backs or double-sided). Each additional side of a page costs $5 (up to 80 numbered pages maximum). These make great gifts for friends and family. Engagement, Bridal, or Rehearsal Dinner Photos $300 for two (2) hours of photography in Austin (up to 20 miles round trip driving) Additional hours are $100/hour. $100 print credit Prints are 4x6”s are $3, 5x7”s are $7, 8x12”s are $15, and 11x14”s are $30. Rehearsal Dinner can have up to 40 people. Additional charges will apply for larger events. Online proofing in about 14 days (online for up to three months) Basic post-processing of the digital images (color balancing and online uploading). The best images are uploaded to a personal online folder for your friends and family to see and order prints. (saves you from having to pick for them). You get a CD with all the websized proof images in color and B&W for picking your prints. If you want ALL the high resolution JPEG’s (~1-2 Mb each), the fee is $200 extra. Save the Date or Thank you cards Multiple prints on heavy card stock (with metallic ink) are available at a discount for use in engagement, "save the date", or thank you cards.
